Partner Program Terms & Privacy

These Partner Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Moving With Motion Partner Program. By purchasing redemption codes, creating a Partner account, or using the Partner Portal, the Partner agrees to these Terms.

Company. Moving With Motion, LLC.

Partner. Any approved business purchasing redemption codes including, but not limited to: Realtors, Brokers, Apartment Communities, Moving Companies, Employers, Property Managers, and other approved organizations.

Customer. The recipient of a redemption code.

Redemption Code. A unique promotional code redeemable for one standard tote rental.

The Partner Program allows approved Partners to purchase promotional redemption codes for distribution to customers. The purchase of redemption codes does not constitute the purchase of a tote rental. A rental agreement is formed only when the recipient redeems the code through the Company's website.

Each code:

• represents one promotional rental credit
• is single use
• may only be redeemed once
• has no cash value
• may not be exchanged for cash
• may not be partially redeemed
• is subject to inventory availability

Unused redemption codes expire three (3) years after purchase. After a Partner sends a code to a Customer, the Customer has one (1) year to redeem that code. Expired codes have no cash value. The Company has no obligation to replace expired codes.

Codes become available in the Partner Portal after payment has been successfully processed. The Company may delay issuance if fraud or payment issues are suspected.

Partners may distribute codes using the Partner Portal. Partners are responsible for entering correct customer information, verifying email addresses, and selecting intended recipients. The Company is not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses.

Once a redemption code has been issued to a customer, the recipient becomes a customer of Moving With Motion. The customer must create a reservation, accept the Rental Agreement, provide a valid payment method, and complete checkout. The Partner is not responsible for administering rentals.

Purchasing redemption codes does not reserve inventory. Reservations remain subject to availability. Moving With Motion recommends customers reserve at least three weeks before moving. Earlier reservations may be accepted but are never guaranteed.

The Company may change pricing for future Partner purchases at any time. Previously purchased redemption codes remain valid until expiration.

Partners are responsible for any taxes applicable to the purchase of redemption codes under applicable law. Customers are responsible for any taxes, governmental fees, delivery charges, optional products, or other amounts due at the time of reservation, as required by applicable law.

Partner purchases are generally non-refundable once redemption codes have been issued. Unused codes remain valid until expiration. Refund requests are considered solely at the Company's discretion.

All redemption codes remain the property of Moving With Motion until redeemed. The Company may revoke unused codes obtained through fraud, payment disputes, or misuse.

Partners may not:

• resell codes without written permission
• advertise misleading pricing
• alter Company branding
• modify redemption emails
• distribute codes fraudulently
• create fake customer accounts

The Company reserves the right to suspend Partner accounts, revoke redemption codes, refuse future sales, and investigate suspected fraud.

Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts.

Partners may identify themselves as Moving With Motion Partners while participating in the Partner Program. The Company may identify participating Partners in marketing materials unless the Partner requests otherwise.

All logos, branding, graphics, website content, emails, software, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Moving With Motion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moving With Motion shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Partner Program. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Partner for the affected redemption codes.

The Company may terminate any Partner account for fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Partner Program. Unused redemption codes may be cancelled where permitted by law.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue shall be Larimer County, Colorado.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Changes apply to future purchases.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement governing the Partner Program.
