Pick the Right Neighborhood

• Old Town — walkable, breweries, historic homes. Higher price, big charm.
• Midtown — close to CSU and shopping. Great for students and young professionals.
• Harmony / South Fort Collins — newer builds, family-friendly, easy I-25 access.
• Campus West — student-heavy, rentals galore.

Time It Right

CSU move-in weeks (mid-August) are the busiest. If you can avoid those dates, you'll find better movers, better prices, and shorter lines at every U-Haul in town.

Skip the Cardboard

The last thing you want after unpacking is a garage full of broken-down boxes. Our Clean Move package gets you 20 reusable totes for 10 days — we drop them off curbside (within 30 miles of CSU) and pick them up empty when you're done.
