2. Use What You Already Own

Suitcases, duffel bags, laundry hampers, and even dresser drawers can move fully packed. Why buy more containers when yours are already empty?

3. Wrap Dishes in Linens

Skip the bubble wrap. Towels, sheets, and t-shirts protect plates just as well — and you'd be moving them anyway.

4. Say No to Single-Use Tape

Reusable totes have built-in lids. No tape gun, no sticky residue on your hands, no peeling cardboard for an hour after the move.

5. Donate Before You Pack

Every item you don't move is one less item to wrap, lift, and unpack. ARC Thrift and Habitat ReStore both do free pickups in Northern Colorado.

7. Schedule Pickup the Day You Unpack
